Warranty

Included

  • Lifetime warranty for any problem related to manufacturing or design as long as the frame or bicycle has been subjected to the type of use for which it was originally designed.
  • 5-years warranty in all construction materials for frames, forks and stems (depending on the manufacturer).
  • In the event of an accident or crash, we will undertake any viable repairs at a reduced price.
  • The warranty only covers the original owner/purchaser of the frame or bicycle.
  • All components that are purchased from third parties must be available before starting the frame design process. We will not be held responsible for any component incompatibilities during assembly if they were not provided to us in due time. All frames must be assembled by a professional mechanic.

Not Included

  • The warranty does not cover paint wear or chips due to normal usage.
  • Any damage due to incorrect mounting or assembly of components
    Damage or breakage due to improper use.
  • Eventual internal rusting of the frames when there has not been adequate regular maintenance with anti-rust spray.

The warranty is completely voided in the event of any type of non-authorised modification to the original Arregui Velázquez frame, fork or components.
